Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Business Process
Management (Outbound).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to assess and improve
order management processes
Develop data-driven solutions to enhance order fulfillment accuracy
and reduce lead times
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in end-to-end customer order management within a
publishing supply chain context
3 years of expertise in process optimization and managing
outsourced vendor relationships
Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement
initiatives
Strong understanding of supply chain management systems and data
analytics tools
