Strategy Lead - Physician persona.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and prioritize commercial strategies for selected customer
segments to achieve business results
Conduct market research and analyze data to define relevant markets
and product penetration rates
Support product launches and build relationships with
cross-functional leaders to communicate opportunities
Required Qualifications
College education with experience in healthcare market domains
Understanding of healthcare market dynamics in hospital/health
system settings
Experience in strategic consulting or similar roles is
advantageous
Ability to analyze data and create compelling narratives from
multiple sources
Proven experience in customer engagement and collaboration with
sales teams
