With a minimum of 10 years of experience in the EDA industry, you possess strong programming skills in C++, TCL, and Python, and are proficient in data structures, algorithms, and large-scale software development. You have an MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and are committed to creating clean, maintainable code while being capable of working with legacy systems. Your ability to communicate effectively, both within your team and with external partners, makes you a valuable collaborator. You are bright, willing to share your knowledge, and have a strong organizational mindset that helps you manage engineering projects efficiently. Your familiarity with advanced design rules and how checking works is an added advantage, along with your ability to present and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing new features and enhancements for the Synopsys Custom Compiler.
• Reviewing and improving existing codebases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Designing software architecture to support new and existing functionalities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new solutions and technologies.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conducting thorough testing and validation of software to ensure robustness and reliability.The Impact You Will Have:
