Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Manager to cultivate strong
client relationships and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related matters
and provide daily support
Lead the implementation of new plans and product offerings,
ensuring seamless integration
Develop and implement client renewal strategies to strengthen
partnerships
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of direct client/account management experience in
healthcare or PBM industries
Ability to interpret current healthcare trends and issues affecting
client strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM
experience is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varying
duties
Proactive in staying current with pharmacy and industry
initiatives
