Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of AI and Machine Learning to lead
the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of the AI product strategy, defining
requirements and developing AI-driven simulations
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and
machine learning engineers
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring
measurable business impact
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine
Learning, AI, or a related field
10+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+
years in a technical leadership role
Deep understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms,
particularly LLMs and Speech/Voice models
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a
team
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that
drive business value
