Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Search Strategy to lead
digital marketing initiatives focused on SEO and SEM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and present proposals and strategies to clients, emphasizing
the value of SEO and paid search initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of SEO and paid search professionals,
fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
Develop omni-channel paid campaign strategies and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive conversion growth
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in Search (SEM and SEO) with a proven track
record of driving business growth
Digital-first agency experience is required
5+ years of experience with SEM tools and platforms, including
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
4+ years of experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush and Google
Search Console
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field preferred
