A company is looking for a Manager, Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve revenue
growth and quota attainment
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive top-line revenue
and manage customer accounts
Collaborate with sales operations on budgeting and quota
assignments while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of managing sales teams of 6 or more
members
Experience in developing and executing regional sales plans for
customer acquisition and growth
Strong background in software sales and understanding of
consultative selling processes
Ability to manage expenses and operate effectively in a fast-growth
environment
Established contacts in the corporate training industry are a
plus
