A company is looking for a Director of Systems Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the technical vision for system operations,
ensuring scalability and security
Oversee system design and architecture while managing incident
response and support systems
Lead and mentor the systems engineering team, enhancing developer
productivity and infrastructure
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on experience in engineering, DevOps, or SRE
roles
5+ years of leadership experience managing systems engineering or
DevOps teams
Proven expertise in system architecture and security for SaaS
environments
Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure
automation tools
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of
experience
