Job Description:
A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager (IL) to
manage agents and drive profitable growth in the insurance
market.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on annual execution plans for growth, profitability, and
agency engagement
Promote a full suite of insurance products to Independent Agency
Partners
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and evaluate agency
performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 or more years of sales management or leadership experience in the
insurance or financial services industry
Proven ability to achieve business results through internal
relationship development
Industry certifications are preferred
Property and Casualty Licenses are preferred
