Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the
ICU, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Monitor Vital Signs: Continuously monitor and assess patients'
conditions, responding promptly to any changes.
Documentation: Accurately document all patient care activities
using Cerner, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and
implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in California (required).
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU, Med-Surg, or
Telemetry setting.
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude-essential
for patient care.
Shifts & Scheduling:
Shift Type: 12-hour nights.
Weekend Requirements: 4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks.
Holiday Requirements: 2 out of 3 major holidays.
