A company is looking for a Health & Wellness Editor
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Deputy Editor to strategize for audience
growth
Ideate, pitch, and assign trending and evergreen stories
Manage freelance writers and oversee the editorial schedule
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a writer/editor in health and wellness
content
Knowledge of sourcing for health, medical, fitness, and nutrition
stories
Experience with digital content best practices and SEO
Familiarity with analytical and research tools like Google
Analytics
Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field
