Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre-Liver RN Transplant
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional
assessments, developing appropriate care plans
Coordinate interdisciplinary care and communicate effectively with
healthcare team members and patients' families
Evaluate and modify nursing interventions based on patient
assessments and feedback
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in nursing required
3 to 4 years of Medical/Surgical or Intensive Care experience
Current Texas RN license or BNE Compact State license required
BLS certification from an accredited organization required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
