Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager to lead a
team in their Substance Use Disorder Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support therapists, including regular meetings and case
conferences
Coordinate caseloads and ensure compliance with clinical standards
and best practices
Analyze team performance and implement solutions to improve
operations and clinical care
Required Qualifications
Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in specified states
Experience in leading and implementing programs
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social work, or healthcare
management
Master's degree in social work, behavioral health, public health,
or related field
