Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center LPN to work remotely in a
contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients scheduled for home visits and
telehealth appointments
Initiate chart preparation to assist providers with upcoming
appointments
Enter patient data into the EMR and conduct assessments over the
phone
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Experience in a call center or telehealth environment
Familiarity with EMR systems, eCW preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
