Job Description:
A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader -
Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, holistic care to seniors in a
community-based setting
Build long-term relationships with patients to enhance the impact
of care
Participate in a value-based PACE program to improve patient
outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency
Medicine, or Geriatrics
Eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and
Medi-Cal participants
Must adhere to COVID-19 vaccination policy
Part-time availability with regular hours of 8am-5pm, Monday
through Friday
Willingness to participate in remote on-call schedule a few nights
or weekends per month
