A company is looking for a Health Care Customer Service
Representative - 2nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment
issues
Respond to patient/account holder inquiries in a professional
manner
Follow client-specific protocols while managing payment
arrangements
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service
role
Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare
insurance preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling and assignments
