If you are passionate about what you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigid and strict work environments and would like to work in a non-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink may be the place for you.We are looking for a Software QA Engineer III (Health) who will be responsible for driving the overall QA efforts and performing end-to-end testing of a Health product and its features including requirements and design analysis, test case creation & review, and manual execution.Role and Responsibilities:

• Create Test strategy, Test Plan and perform test execution across different devices and platforms.
• Independently lead QA efforts, drive the quality of the project, assess, report product quality risks and ensure quality deliverables.
• Maintain high quality and effective test cases depository.
• Analyze quality data, identifying areas of improvement and implementing innovation ideas to improve quality.Required Experience and Education:
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, especially in mobile devices testing, including Android, wearable and iOS.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or similar field.
  • Experience in defining and executing test strategies for mobile platforms and End to End, Database.
  • Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working with global teams with different geographical locations.Necessary Skills and Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines.
