seeking a Sales Merchandising Specialist to drive regional
awareness and sales of Cutwater through merchandising, building
displays, shelf optimization, resets, and consumer
activations/events. As a Sales Merchandising Specialist, you will
be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with
retail and wholesale stakeholders, executing brand sales and
marketing strategies and engaging consumers to build brand loyalty.
Candidates must be highly motivated and results oriented. You will
represent one of the world's largest brewing companies whilst

environment. Roles will report to Cutwater Off Premise Regional
Sales Lead and collaborate and take direction from local Cutwater

Time-OffResponsibilities:Build and maintain Cutwater Spirits
Product displaysEstablish and maintain strong relationships with
key accounts and the local wholesaler(s).Deliver execution
excellence to increase ROS through merchandising, building
displays, shelf optimization, resets, and consumer
activations/events.Identify Display, Merchandising, and shelf space
opportunities within accounts.Completion of daily activities
tracking through KarmaProvide market intelligence on local and
regional activities/landscape.Achieve and/or exceed monthly key
performance indicators (KPIs).Mange local budget & budget
reporting/reconciliation.Qualifications:Must be of legal drinking
age (21+).Driving is an essential function of this job and
therefore you must be able to maintain a valid/current driver's
license and have access to reliable transportation.Available to
work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.Access to a
computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access (Must have
Excel and PPT experience).Personal smartphone with the ability to
communicate/report while in the field.Bachelor's Degree is
preferred but not required(focused studies in business, marketing,
sales)Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.Flexible and
adaptable; Impeccable time management skillsOrganizational skills

Territory Sales Representative is responsible for developing and
growing sales volume in their assigned territories through
relationship building, and effective fact-based selling and
presentations with retail account's operations personnel at store
and market (district/region/etc.) level.Essential Job Duties and
ResponsibilitiesSelling--- Developing and leveraging relationships
with key influence and decision makers in assigned stores and
markets.--- Delivering consistent market level contact and
administration as per client and customer standards.--- Effectively
gaining front end and main aisle presence of client
brands.Achieving Results--- Implement strategies to meet or exceed
goals for assigned stores and markets.--- Growing POS for client
brands by selling incremental display locations, selling the
execution of plan-o-grammed locations, executing initiatives as
well as maintaining in stock conditions.--- Analyzes and develops
business plans each Quarter that identifies opportunities to grow
sales within their territory.Organizing and Planning--- Follows
team sales call standards and strategically implements a call
coverage plan that meets the business needs of client and the
retail customer.--- Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and
timely paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, expense reports,
