Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application
and screening processes
Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements
and conduct initial candidate screenings
Present job offers to successful candidates and manage onboarding
processes
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience in HR or recruitment
Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Background in performance coaching
Proficiency in English
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
