Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for payroll operations and ensure
compliance with regulations
Oversee global payroll processing, including managing service
providers and ensuring data quality
Drive implementation of payroll processes to enhance operational
efficiency and support growth strategies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related
discipline
10+ years of experience in payroll operations, particularly in a
global, publicly traded company
Previous management experience is required
Expert knowledge of US payroll regulations and familiarity with
international payroll compliance
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is preferred
