Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Mortgage) to
manage high-volume recruitment efforts in the mortgage sector.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop
tailored recruiting strategies
Execute full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing,
screening, and interviewing candidates
Guide hiring managers on compliant interviewing practices and
promote the company's brand throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
3 - 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience within the
mortgage and call center space
Proven success in recruiting Mortgage Loan Officers
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with
teams
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, and
PowerPoint
