    • Develop strategy, define, and drive programs and processes through ambiguity measured by direct business impact for the organization.
    • Establish and run a business cadence, driving regular business reviews with executive stakeholders and key partner teams enabling annual strategic planning, headcount and budget management, conflict management, running programs to improve efficiencies, growth, and scale.
    • Work with the organization's leadership driving business operations, including Objectives and Key Results planning, tracking the metrics, strategy planning and execution.
    • Manage and lead critical operational initiatives across the organization and various stakeholders.
    • Develop a consistent scaled strategic narratives across all parts of the organization, synthesizing major communication decisions between Global Network Technology (GNT) and other stakeholders, ensuring strategy and priority alignment.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
