Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel to
manage the full contracting life cycle and support legal
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of various
contracts and corporate legal documents
Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws,
regulations, and company policies
Provide legal guidance on contract-related issues and assist with
corporate governance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in a U.S. state or eligibility for
admission within six months of hire
One (1) or more years of relevant legal experience, preferably in
corporate law or contract negotiation
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple priorities independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract
management systems
