Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Gaming
Regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on regulatory and legal issues impacting licensed and
regulated product offerings
Support the Compliance Team in interpreting regulatory and
licensing guidelines
Engage with outside regulators to resolve disputes regarding
regulations
Required Qualifications
At least four years of legal experience at a law firm, in-house, or
within a regulatory body
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited institution with strong
academic credentials
Desire to learn and adapt to an in-house legal environment
Strong business and legal judgment with excellent interpersonal
skills
Experience in reviewing and analyzing regulations
