and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Product
Designer, you will craft elegant, customer-focused web applications
(desktop and mobile) for millions of Docusign users around the
globe. These will be end-to-end designs of new features across
Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform that uses
artificial intelligence to bring agreement management into the 21st
century. These features will empower customers to break out of the
"Agreement Trap" by transforming agreement data into insights and
actions, accelerate contract review cycles, and boost productivity
organization-wide.This position is an individual contributor role
reporting to a Lead Product Designer.Responsibilities
- Champion design, exploring big ideas before narrowing in on
feasible, inventive solutions that sweat the small details.
- Partner with product management, engineering, user research and
tech writers to define multiple features that impact the whole
product, ultimately helping to define product direction, with
guidance from more senior designers.
- Own full-stack design execution including UI, architecture,
interaction and visual design, and measure ongoing
improvements.
- Produce deliverables for every stage of the design process -
storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and
pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile.
- Apply and contribute new patterns to Docusign's design system
to maintain scalable design across our product ecosystem.
- Leverage all data points like analytics and research to inform
your work but rely on your intuition to fill in the gaps.
- Contribute to a creative, supportive culture for the entire
Product Experience team.Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides
their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office
location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary
by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at

needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasic
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer, enterprise and
mobile user experiences for a large-scale web service.
- Specialization in interaction design, visual design and design
thinking, with experience in prototyping and user research.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma and
Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Portfolio of work inspired by user research demonstrating
product design strategy, interaction design, visual design,
prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication
and storytelling skills.Preferred
- 7+ years of experience designing shipped product experiences,
particularly experience with data visualizations or reporting
tools.
- Dedicated, passionate, efficient designer with strong
analytical skills, balancing business needs with simple, engaging,
user-centered solutions.
- Creative problem solver and natural communicator who clearly
articulates design decisions and tells compelling stories that
bring cross-functional teams together around a common vision.
- Belief that designers have a responsibility for what we put

is based on a number of factors including geographic location and
may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay
ranges in the following locations:California: $122,300 - $190,650
base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $116,500 - $160,150 base
salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500
