Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist who
will support the development and implementation of quality
improvement interventions and audits.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and investigate quality of care concerns and collaborate
with medical directors for necessary actions
Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and
ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to
enhance health outcomes and processes
Required Qualifications
Current unrestricted RN license in Illinois
High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or
related field preferred
2+ years of experience in Quality Improvement
3+ years of experience in Managed Care
Knowledge of federal and state regulations/requirements
