Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate LTC Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and evaluate information to accurately adjudicate Initial
and Ongoing LTC Eligibility claims
Conduct comprehensive analysis of information to confirm
eligibility for benefits
Engage in customer outreach to discuss findings and explain policy
requirements
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of claims adjudication, paralegal, or equivalent
experience
Ability to understand and interpret complex insurance laws and
privacy rules
Understanding of medical conditions and their effects on physical
or cognitive function
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work scheduled hours with reliable attendance
