Job Description:
A company is looking for an ITSM Administrator to manage and
support its IT service management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administrate the ITSM platform
Provide technical assistance and resolve requests while handling
incident tickets
Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of the ITSM platform
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as an ITSM administrator, preferably with tools
like ServiceNow or Zendesk
Experience in an Enterprise environment focused on ITSM
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python
Knowledge of ITIL practices; ITIL Certification is a plus
Experience in process automation and optimization is
advantageous
