Job Description:
A company is looking for a Military Assistance Specialist I to
process military and veteran educational assistance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Process military and veterans educational assistance programs,
including tuition assistance and VA benefits
Maintain targeted Service Level Performance Goals and provide
counseling to military and veteran students
Ensure compliance with VA and DoD regulations while contributing to
departmental improvements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
Two or more years of experience in customer-facing functions,
preferably in higher education
Basic knowledge of Veterans and Military education programs is
strongly desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work
independently
