Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead (Member
Experience).
Key Responsibilities
Write QA proposals and provide actionable insights through data
analysis and reporting
Monitor quality metrics and collaborate with BPO partners to
improve performance and meet KPIs
Onboard and monitor the development of QA specialists and Member
Care Specialists
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer support and 4+ years in a QA
position
Experience with chat and phone support channels
3+ years of experience in collecting and analyzing customer support
data
Project management experience, ideally in process improvement
Completion of any Coaching or Quality Assurance course is a
plus
