A company is looking for an Associate, Credit Card Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer inquiries and issues through Zendesk,
ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction
Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to
facilitate issue resolution
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
while identifying opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications
3-4 years in a customer support role or equivalent experience
Familiarity with cryptocurrency
Experience in financial services support and a regulated
environment
Comfort with flexible hours, including weekends, for comprehensive
support coverage
Basic understanding of financial markets and trading
