Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assess and Triage Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Field inbound calls for assessment and triage from members
Provide psychoeducation and complete clinical assessments
Coordinate benefits and transitions between various levels of
care
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage
and Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D
Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Florida
(LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LP)
3+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
Experience in clinical settings such as managed care, crisis
centers, or outpatient clinics
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
