About The Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

What You'll Do:

• Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes, follow security protocols, and escort visitors to their destinations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone professionally. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups.
• Event Coordination: Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors. Creating a hotel like feel through our programming, approach, and delivery
• Facility Management: Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff promptly.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers with a customer service-driven approach.
• Team Support: Oversee support for the team, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
• Brand Compliance: Review customized client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines.
• Safety and Security: Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
• Independent Work: Follow specific directions given by the manager and work under minimal supervision.
• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency.
• Effective Communication: Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.
• Concierge Request: Learning about what is in and around the property, providing guidance and suggestions, and being a champion of promoting solutions to problems as they come up to you.

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $75,000 annually [or $36.06 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
