Key Responsibilities
Oversee all credit balances and refunds, ensuring accurate review
and approval before submission
Resolve escalated issues related to credit balances or refunds
Track and report on all refunds accurately
Required Qualifications
High school education or equivalent
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Impeccable attendance record and strong work ethic
Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and patient confidentiality
policies
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
