ASSEMBLY & INVENTORY Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the assembly of small and large test boards utilizing process instructions. Modifying, and testing boards may be added.
Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements
Implement manufacturing methodologies for material handling, inventory, assembly, etc.
Improve assembly efficiency by planning workflows with teammates.
Interface daily with Program Managers to identify/resolve problems and implement solutions to improve or adjust needs.
Periodically lead groups of techs to perform specific tasks.
Work independently with your team with minimal supervision and frequently provide leadership and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Prior experience working in assembly lines in a fast paced and ever-changing environment is desired but not required.
Experienced handling large quantities of materials for assembly is desired but not required.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for sharing knowledge to your team is needed.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Desired Education, Certifications and Experience
Prior engineering or related work experience is desired but not required.
Vocational or technical training is desired but not required.
