Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to provide
evaluation and support for lease administration and financial
reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent
changes
Support tracking of lease information, property values, and capital
expenditures
Facilitate the closeout process and provide transactional financial
breakdown support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of experience and
education
Up to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial real
estate transactions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially
Excel
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
Experience with financial modeling and reporting is a plus
