Job Description:
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for a
variety of administrative functions. You must have at least 1 year
of experience in a similar role.
Must have the following experience:
- Experience in an administrative support/customer service role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and
keep track of work flow
- Must have experience with MS Office Suite, especially Word,
Excel, and Outlook
Primary Initial Responsibilities:
- Answering and screening phone calls; appropriately taking and
relaying messages
- Greeting clients, setting up conference room for meetings,
- Daily office maintenance and organization for all common
areas
- Keep an inventory of all office supplies, ordering supplies as
needed with owner's approval
- Maintain appointment calendar
- Scanning, Copying, Faxing and Filing as needed
