As a Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cutting-edge projects. • Manage new NPI project transfers to Bloom Manufacturing and contract manufacturers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external vendors.
• Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures.
• Lead the electrical team in various project initiatives.
• Conduct failure analysis of electrical components and implement preventative or corrective actions.What's Needed?
  • 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or New Product Introduction.
  • Experience in developing schematics and wire harness CAD (using AutoCAD).
  • Ability to independently manage projects and lead teams.
  • Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting high power, high voltage equipment.
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.What's in it for me?
