A company is looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead a team

the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business
growth targeting SMBs
Coaching and mentoring a team to effectively prospect, present, and
close deals
Tracking sales activity metrics and providing insights to
leadership on market trends
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional sales experience, preferably with SMB
customers
Proven success in a consultative sales environment, particularly in
B2B workforce solutions
Experience leading sales teams focused on SMBs with high
transaction volumes
Strong business acumen to tailor solutions for SMBs
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting
