Office (CIDO) is seeking an innovative and dynamic Information
Technology Manager (T4) to support the Mission Systems Sector's
Marine Systems Plant Operations organization. This role is based in
Sunnyvale, CA, and requires a full-time onsite presence.In this
role, you will be an essential member of the Marine Systems CIO
Program Office, acting as a crucial liaison between the Office of
the CIO and Marine Systems Plant Operations. Your responsibilities
will include ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of IT
and cybersecurity services, with an emphasis on manufacturing
machine connectivity. You will manage daily activities and
priorities, and lead the design, development, integration/testing
of IT solutions in support of plant operations.Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical quality, performance, budget, and
schedule for IT/Cybersecurity aspects related to plant operations.
Ensure operations adhere to sound technical processes in
IT/Cybersecurity, in line with company policies, procedures, and
quality standards.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of machine connectivity
to enable factory of the future capabilities.
- Effectively manage IT and cybersecurity, supporting the digital
enablement of CNC, milling machines, and other manufacturing
equipment.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of IT experience; or a master's
degree and 7 years of IT experience; or 4 years of IT experience
with PhD.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact
with a wide range of people ranging from very technical to
non-technical.
- Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement
experience.
- Proven IT project management experience and demonstrated
leadership skills, including planning, scheduling, team member
career development, and workload forecasting.
- Must have ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Systems
Engineering, or Network Engineering (or similar STEM related
discipline).
- Cybersecurity expertise: Understanding of threats specific to
manufacturing, such as IIoT vulnerabilities and ransomware
attacks.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine
Learning (ML) for threat detection and response.
- Experience with digital twin technology for real-time
monitoring and optimization.
- Understanding IoT integration for data collection and
automation.
- Knowledge of network segmentation and compliance with standards
like NIST and ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with CNC and milling machine operations and their
integration with digital systems.
- Experience with Agile based practices and Lean Six Sigma
methodology.
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts, processes,
and tools.
- Results-oriented team player, with the ability to handle a
rapidly changing set of projects and priorities.
- Customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent
communication skills.
- Self-starter who works quickly and effectively, can get up to
speed with program processes quickly.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to effectively challenge
the status quo while providing innovative solutions.Salary Range:
$133,000 - $199,600The above salary range represents a general
guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors
when determining base salary offers.Northrop Grumman is committed
