Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Game Designer - Publishing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative vision for new game projects and oversee their
execution from concept to release
Drive the transition from hyper-casual to hybrid-casual games,
focusing on deeper player engagement and monetization
strategies
Own and grow the game design function, mentoring junior designers
and collaborating with studios to develop engaging game
mechanics
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience designing and shipping successful casual or
hybrid-casual free-to-play games
Expertise in social mechanics, game progression systems, and
monetization strategies
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring
game designers
A data-driven approach to design, with the ability to analyze
performance metrics
Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools such as
Jira and Excel
