Courses.
Key Responsibilities
Audit online programs and courses to identify skill gaps based on
ONET skills data
Create detailed audit reports and recommend alignment of program
goals, course outcomes, and module objectives
Evaluate AI-generated reports and provide
corrections/recommendations in collaboration with a curriculum
designer
Required Qualifications and Education
Graduate-level teaching experience for online/offline courses
Experience in course development and syllabus planning
Competence or skill-based course development experience
preferred
Familiarity with ONET database for skill identification
Experience with online collaboration platforms such as Google Meet
and Google Drive
