Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data & Analytics Technical Lead to
manage data and analytics tracks and programs from design to
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics professionals,
ensuring high performance and effective workload distribution
Independently lead client-facing workshops to gather and refine
business and technical requirements, translating them into
actionable strategies
Architect and design data solutions, overseeing the development of
data pipelines and advanced analytics dashboards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science,
or a related field
Minimum of 5 years working within the Salesforce ecosystem with
technical exposure to Salesforce Core and other clouds
3+ years of experience with Tableau and/or CRM Analytics
4+ years of Python experience in data manipulation, automation, and
analytics
Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data
