Key Responsibilities
Complete client installations efficiently and troubleshoot issues
as they arise
Assist clients with third-party activation forms and configure
portals
Maintain clear communication and manage a backlog of accounts
during the onboarding process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Customer service attitude focused on client success during
onboarding
Effective and professional communication skills with customers and
coworkers
Ability to triage and prioritize accounts based on urgency
Awareness of processes and procedures, with the ability to follow
them accurately
Proactive in identifying and addressing technical issues before
escalation
