Job Description:
A company is looking for an EEO Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on statutory compliance related to EEO legislation
and company policies
Develop training programs to educate stakeholders on EEO risks and
adherence to policies
Assist in drafting and reviewing employment documents for legal
compliance and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, legal studies, or a related
field
2-3 years of work experience in employment law, employee relations,
or HR compliance, or 7+ years of combined education and relevant
work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Currently enlisted in the U.S. military and actively participating
in the SkillBridge Program
