Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integrations Specialist - DFR Launch
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the technical integration of DFR products with public
safety technologies and platforms
Collaborates with agency IT teams to ensure compatibility and
reliability
Documents integration processes to support knowledge transfer to
post-sales and customer support teams
Required Qualifications
Experience working with public safety customers on integrations
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships over voice
and video calls
Experience working in and with cross-functional teams
Understanding of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Record
Management Systems (RMS)
Ability to stay current with advancements in public safety
technology
