• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with Java.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related technical field.
  • Experience implementing, customizing, and integrating third-party applications within Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, or similar industries.
  • Ability to participate in multiple full system implementation life cycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support, etc.).
  • Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.About the Job:You will lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action, and innovate to meet user and customer needs.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible.Responsibilities:
    • Write modular, well-structured, and self-sustaining codes, and develop overall systems design, research, and evaluate vendor supplied applications, and develop recommendations on those applications.
    • Help design, build, and deploy internal business applications to support Google's technology life-cycle, collaboration and spaces, service delivery management, and data and business intelligence.
    • Conduct and oversee testing of application modules to ensure application meets specifications and collaborate with analysts and business process owners within one or more teams to help translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Design, develop, and run systems that automate supply chain.
