Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan
Consultant NMLS.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Loan Originators with inbound and outbound prospecting sales
calls
Conduct customer interviews to assess interest in mortgage products
and assign leads to Loan Originators
Meet specific metric volume goals and offer ancillary products as
needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months to two years of relevant experience
NMLS registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
Basic understanding of mortgage products, including first mortgage
and home equity loans
Experience with technical systems and programs
