this JobWe seek a Senior RF Systems Engineer with 5+ years of
experience in RF PCB design, high-frequency systems (3GHz - 18GHz),
and high-volume manufacturing practices. In this role, you will
work closely with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), R&D, and
hardware teams to develop scalable, highly manufacturable designs.
You will play a key role in RF shielding, Design for Test (DFT)
strategies, and thermal management to ensure the success of
Eridan's next-generation wireless products.As our Senior RF Systems
Engineer, you will:RF PCB Design & System Development
- Lead the design and optimization of switch-mode RF circuit
boards for 3GHz - 18GHz applications.
- Develop RF shielding strategies to minimize EMI/EMC
issues.
- Optimize PCB layouts for signal integrity, power efficiency,
and thermal performance.
- Ensure 4G/5G TDD system compatibility (FDD experience is a
plus).Manufacturability & High-Volume Production
- Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to improve
fabrication and assembly yields.
- Implement high-volume manufacturing best practices into PCB
designs.
- Define and maintain design rules to enhance repeatability and
reliability in production.Design for Test (DFT) & Validation
- Develop in-circuit testing (ICT), flying probe testing, and
test coupon strategies for high-volume production.
- Ensure PCB testability, compliance, and quality control
standards are met.
- Work with hardware engineers and test teams to define and
execute RF PCB validation strategies.Thermal & System Integration
- Support thermal management strategies, including PCB
heatsinking techniques.
- Ensure seamless integration of power systems, RF chains, and
shielding techniques.Qualities of a Successful Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in RF system engineering & PCB design
(3GHz - 18GHz).
- Strong experience in schematic and layout using Altium.
- Expertise in 4G/5G TDD RF system design (FDD is a plus).
- Strong background in RF shielding strategies for PCB
layouts.
- Hands-on experience with DFT methodologies (ICT, test coupons,
flying probe, etc.).
- Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing processes and

anticipated growth, we are open to hiring individuals with varying
levels of experience to fill this role. Salary will be commensurate
with job-related skills, experience and other relevant factors. The
base salary range for the primary location of this role is between
$130,000 and $175,000 plus stock options and benefits.Eridan is an
