Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Talent Scout.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, post, and optimize job openings on various platforms
Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements
and conduct initial screening calls
Develop and document HR procedures and manage onboarding
processes
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
Experience in recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and
assessing candidates
Background in performance coaching
Proficiency in English
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
